Welcome to Lekke Vibe. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
General
Lekke Vibe is an online retail brand selling apparel and accessories. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Products & Availability
We aim to display all products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting in photos, and the vintage wash nature of our products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
discontinue products at any time
limit quantities
cancel orders if stock is unavailable
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Lekke Vibe reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at checkout when the order is completed.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed through our payment gateway.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee shipment until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:
suspected fraud
payment issues
incorrect pricing
stock shortages
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
Lekke Vibe uses PUDO locker delivery. Parcels will be delivered to a PUDO locker located near the area provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or high-volume periods.
Once a parcel has been delivered to the PUDO locker and a collection PIN has been issued, the responsibility to collect the parcel lies with the customer.
Lekke Vibe cannot be held responsible for parcels not collected from the locker within the courier’s holding period.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted for genuine manufacturing defects.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
incorrect size selection
change of mind
normal wear and tear
Customers must report a defect within 5 days of collecting the parcel and provide photos and an order number. Once approved, a replacement item will be arranged.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, designs, images, and text, remains the property of Lekke Vibe and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lekke Vibe shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are provided at checkout. Lekke Vibe cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Privacy
Any personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication regarding your order. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary for payment processing and courier delivery.
