General Delivery info
We ship all Lekke Vibe orders using PUDO locker delivery.
Your parcel will be delivered to a PUDO locker located close to the area you provided at checkout. Once your order has arrived at the locker, you will receive an SMS notification with a PIN code and collection instructions. You can then collect your parcel at a time that suits you.
Delivery timeframe:
Please allow approximately 7–14 working days for your order to be prepared, packed, and delivered to your selected area.
Every order is individually checked and packed before leaving us to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns & Defects
Because each item is inspected before dispatch, we unfortunately cannot offer returns for:
incorrect size choice
change of mind
normal wear and tear
However, we will gladly replace an item if there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
A defect includes:
broken stitching
damaged fabric
faulty embroidery
incorrect item received
If you believe your item has a defect, please email us within 5 days of collection from the PUDO locker and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A short description of the problem
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
